Artist, Mother, Business owner, adventurer and creative…
I’m a fine art abstract artist and pasionate women’s health advocate - on a mission to use art for good. I combine art, mental health practices and wellness to bring you joy and empower positive wellbeing. I believe everyone deserves more positivity in their lives.
I am deeply inspired by the natural world and a life of travel, self discovery and more recently, motherhood.
My work has been showcased in Australia, where I spent 15 years and now in the UK. Collectors have my work in their homes all around the world - something that still seems surreal to me!
Over the years my style has shifted and changed taking the form of free flowing abstract acrylic pours, through to more controlled pieces made of layer upon layer of minute detail. But every piece always has my signature features of detail, movement, bold colour palettes and an element of fun!
Each piece tells a story of a place, experience, memory or emotion - love, loss, joy, confusion, clarity- a happy place or joyful moment. Each one is a reminder to take a moment, breathe and connect. Art is my escape from the real world - when I create, time stands still and the worries of the world fall away. It brings me joy - a joy I wish to pass on to you, the viewer, collector and admirer.

After an evening of fun you’ll take home two ceramic baubles in gift boxes. The baubles are yours to design as you wish, or you can follow along with my example. I will be on hand for inspiration, techniques, and guidance throughout.
Choose from paints, pens or decoupage to bring your creations to life! No experience or skills necessary, just a willingness to have fun and get creative. It’s amazing to see what you can create!

O’d Thorpes is in the centre of Quorn village - 6 Station Rd, Loughborough LE12 8BS
Free unlimited parking is avaliable in the car park opposite the cafe. The venue is fully accessible.
Cancellation policy - a full refund will provided 7 days before the event. Any cancellation after this, unfortunately can’t be refunded, but can be transferred to another workshop at a later date.
